I had the opportunity to work on a SaaS platform for a Fortune 500 bank. This was an extension and expansion of a prior engagement. The project encompassed extensive research with enterprise SaaS buyers and technical integrators, analysis of existing SaaS and BaaS platforms, marketplace trends, and industry best practices. It also involved extensive prototyping, and close collaboration with the engineering team for handoff and ongoing support.
