As one of the original co-founders of Docurated, a SaaS
sales-enablement platform, I had end-to-end ownership of the product
experience and front-end web/mobile development from day one until the
company's acquisition.
My role and responsibilities:
Owned the web and mobile experience
through the entire lifecycle, from ideation and research to
prototyping, design, development, and deployment.
Built the product experience
using Ruby on Rails, and leveraged many front-end technologies to
create a great user experience across all devices.
Developed a multi-platform mobile app
for iOS and Android using the open-source Apache Cordova framework.
Collaborated directly with large enterprise clients
and their internal teams on custom integrations. Conducted research
with their users, prototyped and tested solutions, and developed
custom integrations and workflows tailored to their specific needs.
Maintained a hands-on approach in research, design, and development
while also hiring and managing external resources when necessary.
Key product features
Docurated provided a customizable, white-labeled platform that enabled
enterprises to find, organize, share, and track the performance of
their sales content, across all data stores, all within their own
branded environment. The key features included:
Visual asset management with advanced search and recommendation
capabilities.
Streamlined asset re-use and 'playboook' creating using smart
templating and content clipping and reuse.
Real-time presentation and collaboriation.
Analytics and reporting to track asset performance in deals and
playbooks, providing valuable insights for optimization.
